RETURN PROCESS
1.You inform us either by phone or via email at sales@etsotras.gr about the intention to return WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE MOMENT YOU RECEIVED THE PRODUCT
2.Fill in the form sent to you with your order following the instructions
3.Send us the return in the following ways:
A. RETURN WITH ACS COURIER (Total cost 5 €)
You will ship the item with ACS COURIER. The cost of sending your return to us is 5 € and will be calculated in the process of
the return to your account. This ensures the lowest possible cost for you.
B. SHIPPING RETURN BY ANOTHER CARRIER
item that you change with a carrier of your choice AT YOUR CHARGE. Once we receive it, we will refund your money.

MONEY RETURN PROCEDURE
Fill in your bank account details on the form you receive with your order.
and we will return within 7 working days from the date we receive the product you have
return. We suggest Alpha bank or Piraeus Accounting. If you have used the credit / debit method the refund is made there.
To be eligible for a refund of a product, the following conditions must be met in full:
1. Let us know immediately if you wish to return either by email or by phone. Refunds or refunds for products / products should not exceed 14 calendar days from the date you received the product.
2. The product you wish to return must be in exactly the same condition as the one we delivered to you without signs of wear or use.

* The customer does not have the right to test the products before signing that he received the parcel, instead he must receive the package and have the test done later.
